Key to RiskMatrix's and Moody's customer support philosophy is our strong commitment to customer support. We will offer support to the organisation by email, voice call, and where required a webex session with the client to work on the actual environment. You'll receive prompt, thorough technical support, as well as functional support from our experienced consulting team.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm (GMT+2).
